Q. Do you have smoking allowed?
A. No, All Units are non-smoking.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. We are sorry, pets are not allowed.

Q. Are you on the beach?
A. We are located across the street from the beach. About a 15 second walk.

Q. Do you have free wireless internet access?
A. Yes, in all the units.

Q. Can we rent long term?
A. Yes, we offer monthly rates.

Q. Are your kitchens fully equipped?
A. Just add food! Everything else you need is already there.

Q. Do you have hairdryers and make-up mirrors in each units? 
A. Yes

Q. Do you have a full kitchen with microwave, blenders and coffee makers? 
A. Yes

Q. Do you have teapots? 
A. Ask the maid and she will provide one

Q. How close are you to Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach?
A. Within a few blocks of Pier 60 with rock climbing, trampolines, beach playground, local art talents including paintings, jewelry making, etc.

Q. Are there restaurants within walking distance?
A. Top five are-
1. Frenchy's- relaxing atmosphere with the most fantastic grouper sandwiches and rum runners you will find anywhere. Visit at sunset...
2. Palm Pavilion- she crab soup is a must try while listening to area talent
3. Mandalay Grill- casual all American fare
4. The Beachcomber- upscale seafood steak and wines
5. Angelo's- slice of pizza at the pool anyone?

Q. Are there inexpensive activities for families within walking distance?
A. Game rooms, tennis courts, playgrounds, Pier 60 and of course the beautiful beach

Q. What is the closest emergency facility>
A. Downtown Clearwater- 10 minutes away- Mease Morton Plant

Q. What airports are available locally to fly into?
A. Tampa International- 30 minutes away
St Pete Airport- 25 minutes away

Q.Where can I get a newspaper?
A.  Take a right outside of North Beach and go 20 feet for the local paper and at the corner is USA today and several other selections.

Q.Where do I pick up the trolley?
A.  There are sever trolley stops to the right and left of North Beach.

Q. Where can I pick up a few groceries?
A  Turn left from North Beach and walk/ride to the first light and there is a small grocery store as well as at the Hess Gas Station.  A larger grocery store “Publix” is located back over the bridge to the island.  At the first light turn left at Island Way and it is on the left about 2 blocks.
